The BuildSkills Academy courses are the result of a structured and quality-assured process. Each course has been designed using the BuildEnrichedSkills Methodology, ensuring alignment with industry needs and future skills required in the construction ecosystem.

 
Based on this methodology, detailed syllabi were developed in collaboration with sector experts, followed by the creation of comprehensive training materials tailored to learners’ needs in green and digital skills. The development process also included iterative reviews, pilot testing, and stakeholder feedback to ensure practical relevance and usability in real training environments.

 
A key step in this process is the independent certification of the curricula and training materials, in line with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024:2012 standard, through the application of the BuildSkills Academy Certification scheme for curricula and training materials. This ensures that all courses meet high standards of relevance, quality, and consistency across countries and training contexts.

 
The certification process also enhances transparency and trust, making it easier for training providers, learners (construction professionals) and employers to recognize the added value of the courses.

In addition, we offer trainees the opportunity to obtain certification for the course-specific transitional skills they acquire. This certification is also aligned with the ISO/IEC 17024:2012 standard and is delivered through tailored Certification schemes for individuals, developed for each course and corresponding professional profile.
