The course integrates BIM, IoT-based Smart Building Systems, and data-driven decision-making to optimize urban resilience against environmental and socio-economic challenges. Participants will develop technical skills in urban and building resilience, circular economy models and high-performance buildings, ensuring compliance with international sustainability and energy efficiency regulations.
