This course provides an introduction to the digital transformation of the construction and investment sector in Bulgaria, designed for professionals involved in design, engineering, project management, consultancy and public administration. The course covers digital tools, data management, cybersecurity, legal frameworks and intellectual property in the context of construction.

SKILLS:

• Navigating and working with digital platforms related to construction and investment activities (e.g. e-construction, BIM Viewer, etc.)
• Analyzing and interpreting regulatory documents related to electronic communication and process management
• Formulating reasoned proposals for improving organizational practices through digital solutions
• Working with data, documents and digital communication in administrative and project activities
• Applying the principles of ethics, transparency and protection of personal/corporate data in an electronic environment
